Alina Skin Care Vitamin C Serum

This Vitamin C Serum is in a glass pump bottle. You can twist the pump so that it is locked/unlocked that way you do not accidentally squirt out any product.

The serum is of a light moisturizer-lotion consistency, not thick at all. There is definitely a citrus scent to the serum, so if you are not a fan of citrus scents this may not be for you.

After applying this serum on my face, my skin soaks it up and leaves a velvety, silky texture on my skin.

There is a tingly sensation on my skin as it is being soaked into my skin. I'm thinking that is because of the Vitamin C, not sure. There aren't any redness on my skin from that tingling sensation nor any rashes so I do not think it's an allergic reaction.

I do not have any prominent wrinkles on my face but I do have lots of mild acne scars and hyper pigmentation. So far after a few days of using this serum, I haven't really noticed any drastic changes. I do have very acne prone skin, fortunately no significant increase in acne either. I would have to continue using this longer to see if it really does provide anymore benefits to my skin.

ArtNaturals Enhanced Vitamin C Serum with Hyaluranic Acid

This Vitamin C Serum comes in a glass dropper bottle. There was a plastic safety wrap on the lid, which was reassuring that it was not opened. I was expecting this serum to be more of an oil/gel base, but it is actually liquid. I haven't ventured too far into the facial serum world so I guess there are liquid based serums also.

The liquid is slightly tinted orange. There is a noticeable acidic scent when you smell the bottle and when applying the serum on, it's not overwhelming. After cleaning my face and neck, I apply this Vitamin C serum and then continue on with my usual skincare routine. This serum does not leave a greasy feeling at all and it soaks quickly into the skin.

I've been using the same products as I was prior to this serum and my skin has not been aggravated at all. I haven't had any acne breakout that's out of the norm for me, in fact I am noticing less acne on my face. This is saying something for my skin because I noticed this after the first few days I tried out this serum. I don't really have any prominent wrinkles on my face yet, so I can't say if this helps reduce wrinkles. I also noticed that my acne scars are starting to lighten up. Usually it takes over a week for my scars to fade away! Lastly, this Vitamin C serum does not sting if you apply it over a scab or popped pimple. I will definitely continue using this Vitamin C serum in my facial skincare routine to improve my skin!
